Join Brittany, Assistant Director and certified barre instructor, for a 30 minute workout that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements to improve strength, agility and flexibility.
All levels are encouraged to attend and beginners are always welcome! Yoga mats are not required but may be helpful if participants prefer to do core exercises on the ground.
