Youth Sensory Room
What is it for?
- Individuals feeling overwhelmed
- People with autism or sensory processing needs
Pupose
- A quiet space to relax and regain calm before continuing you visit
Rules for use
- First come, first served
- Max 2 people at a time
- Not a play/study area
- Caregiver required for anyone needing supervision
- 30 minutes per session
- Reset the room before leaving

Board Room
- Located on the Main Level
- Max capacity is 10 people
- Includes an executive table and 10 chairs
- Includes a whiteboard and a screen
- Not available for parties
- Free for non-profit users
- For-profit groups are charged a nonrefundable fee of $20
- All non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and parties are required to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $500,000 listing the Kendallville Public Library as a certificate holder. These can be obtained from your insurance provider

Meeting Rooms
- Located on the Main Level
- Rooms include tables and chairs to fit capacity
- Rooms 1-3 include a TV, screen and whiteboard
- Room 4 includes a projector, screen and whiteboard
- Not available for parties
- Room 1 holds 9 people
- Room 2 holds 9 people
- Room 3 holds 15 people
- Room 4 holds 20 people
- Free for non-nonprofit users
- For-profit groups are charged a nonrefundable fee of $20

Large Meeting Rooms A & B
- Rooms A and B are located on the Main Level
- Max capacity of Room A is 35
- Max capacity of Room B is 35
- Rooms A and B includes five 6' rectangle tables and 35 chairs
- Rooms include a kitchenette, whiteboard, projector and screen
- Free for non-profit users
- For-profit groups are charged a nonrefundable fee of $30 per room

- Room C includes eight 8' rectangle tables, 24 chairs, a projector and screen
- Room D includes eight 8' rectangle tables, 24 chairs, a restroom, projector and screen
- Includes a kitchenette
